Pineapple Fizz Ferment

Another wonderful recipe is the Pineapple Fizz.

Cut up a pineapple into small chunks and place in a glass jar.

Crush the chunks so that the pineapple sits under its own juice and fill to the top of the jar placing the lid on. Release the pressure after a couple of days. After three to four days you should have a real taste bud zinger.
